About Sam Cramblit, Mayor of Ironton
As an experienced political consultant and an alumni of Ohio University, Samuel “Sam” Cramblit, Mayor of Ironton, Ohio, is no stranger to the concerns and challenges of the city. His background in community building and his service in both non-profit organizations and volunteer management has made him an adept mayor who works hard to act in the best interests of the public.
Thanks to his knowledge of public policy and organizing grassroots efforts across the country, Mayor Cramblit brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the position, and aims to exemplify his role as Mayor of Ironton As such, he cares deeply about the welfare of its citizens as well as bringing new jobs and spurring new growth in the city. He prizes fiscal accountability, forward-thinking policies and fairness in every situation.

Event Permits
The cultural fabric of Ironton is woven by its festivals, parades, and special events. To that end, the Mayor’s Office would like to continue ensuring that our community and our economy continues to thrive. To help our citizens and their businesses to prosper, any event requiring public space or resources will require a permit. You can download and fill out this permit here.
