ORDINANCE NO. 21-57

REPEALING ORDINANCE 18-83 OF THE CITY OF IRONTON, OHIO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, City Council adopted Ordinance 18-83 establishing an Economic
Development Fee in the amount of $1.50 per month; and,

WHEREAS, said fee is no longer needed for Economic Development.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRONTON, OHIO:

SECTION I: That Ordinance 18-83 of the City of Ironton, Ohio be and is hereby repealed.

SECTION II: This ordinance shall be declared an emergency necessary for the protection of
the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Ironton, Ohio.
