PERMITTING THE CHAIRMAN OF COUNCIL TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH DAVE LUCAS COMMUNICATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF LIVE STREAMING COUNCIL MEETINGS.

WHEREAS, The City Council of Ironton, Ohio desires to enter into a contract with Dave Lucas Communication for the purpose of Live Streaming all regular and special City Council meetings.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

Section I

That Chairman of Council, Craig Harvey, is hereby authorized to enter into a one-year contract with Dave Lucas Communication for purpose of Live Streaming City Council meetings on the City of Ironton website for the sum of $350.00 per month.

Section II

This Resolution shall be declared to be an emergency necessary for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Ironton, Ohio.
