Amending the Annual Operating Budget for the City of Ironton, State of Ohio, for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2020 and Declaring an Emergency

Now, Therefore, BE IT ordained BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRONTON, OHIO:
Section 1: That the Annual Operating Budget for the City of Ironton, State of Ohio as attached hereto be amended and adopted to be in compliance with Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.38. Each department is hereby setting forth amounts for salaries and other expenses.
Section 2: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for protection of the public health, welfare and safety.
Section 3:Attached to this Ordinance is a line showing approximately how department totals were calculated. This form is for the convenience of Council only.
