RESOLUTION NO. 21-20

AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A SKID STEER

WHEREAS, the City of Ironton is in need of a skid steer and attachments; and,

WHEREAS, the City has received a quote from Southeastern Equipment Company for said products.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRONTON, OHIO:

SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a purchase agreement with Southeastern Equipment Company for the purchase of a 2021 Case CE TR270B Skid Steer for the price of $55,873.30 and attachments for the sum of $27,090.00.

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be declared an emergency necessary for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Ironton, Ohio.
