ORDINANCE NO. 21-31
CREATING MUNICIPAL ROADWAY AND BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS 2021 BOND FUND (FUND 51) AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to create a Municipal Roadway and Bridge Improvements 2021 Bond Fund (Fund 51) to receive bond revenues, and to fund allowable expenses based upon 2021 Bond guidelines,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ironton, State of Ohio:
SECTION 1: That the Municipal Roadway and Bridge Improvements 2021 Bond Fund (Fund 51) shall be created by the City, effective immediately.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the protection of the public peace and welfare of the citizens of the City of Ironton, Ohio.
