ORDINANCE NO. 21-30
CREATING MUNICIPAL BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS 2021 BOND FUND (FUND 50) AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to create a Municipal Improvements 2021 Bond Fund (Fund 50) to receive bond revenues, and to fund allowable expenses based upon 2021 Bond guidelines,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ironton, State of Ohio:
SECTION 1: That the Municipal Improvements 2021 Bond Fund (Fund 50) shall be created by the City, effective immediately.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the protection of the public peace and welfare of the citizens of the City of Ironton, Ohio.
