ORDINANCE NO. 21-24

REPEALING ORDINANCE 20-48 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS,   Ordinance 20-48 requires a mask mandate in the City of Ironton; and,

WHEREAS,   said ordinance is no longer necessary,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

IRONTON, OHIO:

SECTION I:              That Ordinance 21-48 be and is hereby repealed.

SECTION II:             That this Ordinance is hereby declared an emergency measure for the protection of the public peace and welfare of the citizens of the City of Ironton, Ohio.
