ORDINANCE NO. 21-12

REPEALING ORDINANCE 06-28 SETTING A FLAT FEE OF $10.00 PER MONTH FEE FOR STORM WATER UTILITY FOR VACANT RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERICAL PROPERTIES NOT OTHERWISE BEING BILLED THE STORM WATER UTILITY FEE

WHEREAS, the City Council established a Storm Water Fee with a minimum charge of 1000 gallons for unoccupied structures on June 11, 2020; and,

WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to repeal Ordinance 06-28 as it conflicts with Ordinance 20-34.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRONTON, OHIO:

SECTION I:

That Ordinance 06-28 is hereby repealed.

SECTION II:

That this Ordinance is hereby declared an emergency measure for the protection of the public peace and welfare of the citizens of the City of Ironton, Ohio.
